Apple’s iPad 3 vs Galaxy tab – Which is better

It is well known to us that Samsung and Apple is the biggest competitor of each other in the market which always confuses the user. Samsung P1000 Galaxy Tab is the new launch of Samsung which is nowadays being compared with Apple’s iPad3.

Galaxy Tab is a light weight tab with smaller display of 7.0 inches as compared to Apple’s iPad3. This iPad of apple has 9.7 inches of display screen.

This Galaxy tab of Samsung supports microSD card, up to 32 GB which are not supported in Apple’s iPad.  The iPad of Apple has internal memory storage of 64 GB.

On the basis of camera, iPad3 of Apple is far better than Galaxy tab. It supports high quality camera of 5 MP which is very high as compared to the tab of galaxy. Galaxy tab of Samsung supports 3.15 MP of camera.

There is some difference between the two on the basis of their features. As Samsung P1000 Galaxy Tab supports an Android of version 2.2(further on extended up to v2.3) with 1 GHz of cortex-A8 processor, iPad3 supports iOS 5.1 with 1 GHz Cortex-A9 Dual-Core processor. Additionally features of Java, GPS, 2G network, 3G network, etc are also supported by Samsung Galaxy tab which are not at all supported by iPad3.
