It is well known to us that Apple and Samsung are the leading competitors of each other, both of them giving equal competitions to each other with their iPhone and Smart phones. As Apple is known for its iPhone 4S, similarly Samsung is also well known for its smart phone i.e. Samsung Galaxy note. Both the two phones are superb but they differ from each other in certain aspects.
• Both the two phones differ from each other with respect to Operating Systems. iPhone 4S of Apple supports iOS 5 which can be upgradable up to iOS 5.1 with 1 GHz of Dual-Core Cortex-A9 processor. On the other hand, Galaxy Note of Samsung supports Android of version 2.3.5 which can be upgradable up to version 4.0.4 with 1.GHz of Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A9 processor.
• Both the two phones supports 8 MP of Primary Camera but both of them differs in Secondary Camera. Apple’s iPhone 4S support VGA camera as secondary camera whereas Galaxy Note supports 2 MP of secondary camera which can be used for video calling.
• The two phones also differ from each other in Data Storage Capacity. Apple’s iPhone 4s supports internal storage of data which is up to 16/32/64 GB with 512 MB of RAM. On the other hand Samsung Galaxy note has both internal as well card slot for storage of data. Galaxy Note supports microSD card of up to 32 GB and up to 16/32 GB of internal storage with 1 GB of RAM.
• As compared to Galaxy Note, iPhone 4S shows a strong Bluetooth Connectivity with other Bluetooth devices. IPhone 4S supports Bluetooth of version 4.0 with A2DP whereas Galaxy Note supports Bluetooth of version 3.0 with A2DP.
Battery Backups of iPhone 4S is quite low when compared to Galaxy Note. iPhone 4S has standard Li-Po battery of 1432 mAh which gives a backup up to 14h in talk time and 200 h in standby mode whereas Galaxy Note has standard Li-Lon battery of 2500 mAh which gives a high backup up to 960 h in standby and up to 26 h and 10 min in talk time mode. Additionally iPhone 4S do not supports Java whereas Galaxy Note supports Java with MIDP emulator. As per the demand of the market, both the two phones are made available in several colors like black, white, etc.
